An AMlaw 100 firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its collaborative and nationally recognized practice in Atlanta.
The RoleThe associate will support a sophisticated labor and employment practice, working on a wide range of matters and collaborating closely with experienced attorneys. This position offers hands‑on responsibility and meaningful client interaction in a collegial, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle single‑plaintiff employment matters from inception through resolution
- Assist with administrative charges and agency proceedings
- Conduct policy reviews, workplace investigations, and provide day‑to‑day counseling
- Draft and analyze pleadings, motions, and client communications
- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex labor and employment issues
- 2–5 years of labor and employment law experience
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and collaboratively
- Admission to the Georgia bar (required)
