Litigation Attorney

We are a litigation firm. Our mission is to serve and defend nationally known companies in civil litigation and to provide strategies to reduce risk. We are seeking a new Litigation Attorney to join our team. Your role will be to manage incoming cases, analyze and propose defense strategies, evaluate exposure, take and defend depositions, provide monthly litigation reports, and handle settlement negotiations.

As a member of the litigation department, you will work with senior lawyers and paralegals and report to our managing partner and clients.

• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Meet with individuals involved in legal processes to provide information and clarify issues.
• Represent the interests of clients in legal proceedings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies.
• Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Manage multiple projects at varying stages.

• Doctorate Degree
• JD from an accredited law school and Georgia Bar license
• Litigation experience
• Torts experience
• Motion practice experience
• Civil procedure experience
• Complex litigation experience
• Legal document preparation skills

Salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 per year for 1-3 years of previous insurance defense experience. Salary differs without insurance defense experience. We offer the following benefits:
