Commercial Finance Associate Attorney:

Our client, a well-respected mid-sized Atlanta law firm, seeks a senior Commercial Finance Associate Attorney (6+ years of experience) to join their highly regarded commercial finance team, recognized as one of the best in the country (Chambers Band 1 for Banking and Finance for two decades).

• The team offers deep expertise across asset-based lending, cash flow credit facilities, syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, mezzanine financing, acquisition finance, healthcare lending, cross-border deals, and loan workouts.
• Their reach spans both lender-side and borrower-side representation, highlighting versatility across deal structures.
• Chambers USA Band 1 recognition
• Best Lawyers, BTI Client Service A-Team, Mansfield Certification Plus, and “Best Law Firms”

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of commercial finance experience

• Team-oriented, detail-driven, and motivated to grow in a market-leading practice
