Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Payments and Fintech Practice Group in Atlanta or Dallas

Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
.
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
, in good standing.
3–6 years of substantive experience in commercial transactions
, with a focus on technology
, fintech
, or outsourcing
.
Proven ability to draft
, negotiate
, and manage
complex commercial agreements
, including licensing, technology, and service contracts.
Experience or strong interest in payment systems
, digital banking
, and emerging fintech regulatory frameworks
.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority matters simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
