We’re hiring Litigation Attorneys (Associate through Partner level) to join our Georgia team. The firm handles complex insurance defense matters, including trucking, premises liability, product liability, and general liability cases. We’re looking for attorneys who are confident managing files, drafting discovery and motions, participating in depositions, and engaging with clients and carriers. This is an excellent opportunity for both emerging and seasoned litigators seeking meaningful trial work, strong mentorship, and growth in a collaborative environment.

• Manage or support insurance defense cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct or assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
• Contribute to trial preparation, strategy, and case evaluation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality representation

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia
• For Associate candidates: 2+ years of post-bar litigation experience
• For Senior/Partner candidates: 10+ years of post-bar litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
• Background in trucking/transportation law is a plus
• First-chair trial experience is a plus
