Pre Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pre Litigation Attorney to join our team in Atlanta. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and effectively communicating their rights and options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations to evaluate client cases and establish trust.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies to discuss the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Employ superb negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Full-time availability.
• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing, or willingness to obtain Georgia Bar membership.
• Proven experience in evaluating claims and resolving legal issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
