Litigation Associate

The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join our Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group. A background in transportation litigation is strongly preferred, and experience in tort matters, defending motor carrier clients, and handling insurance coverage disputes will be considered a significant plus. We are looking for academically strong candidates who possess excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as practical experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility in an active and varied federal and state court practice, with cases that extend on a national scale. Applicants must already be admitted to the Georgia Bar (no exceptions).
