Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 international firm, is seeking a talented mid‑level Associate Attorney to join their nationally‑recognized Payments and Fintech Practice Group in Atlanta or Dallas. • JD from a top‑tier law school with an excellent academic record
  .
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in commercial transactions
  , with a focus on technology
  , fintech
  , or outsourcing
  .
• Proven ability to draft
  , negotiated
  , and manage
  complex commercial agreements
  , including licensing, technology, and service contracts.
• Experience or strong interest in payment systems
  , digital banking
  , and emerging fintech regulatory frameworks
  .
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑priority matters simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements relating to payment processing

• Advise financial services and technology clients on regulatory and compliance issues in the fintech space.

Competitive compensation
:
Includes an annual salary range of $260,000–$390,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure.
