Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Associate Attorney role based in Atlanta, GA (though many firm members work remotely 1‑2 days/week). The Associate Attorney will be responsible for taking a leading role in complex litigation, with input and guidance from more senior lawyers. That will involve legal writing and research, spearheading strategy, taking and defending depositions, handling hearings, and communicating with the firm’s high‑profile clients and opposing counsel.

The role will involve a mix of litigation matters, including class action and general business litigation work. The candidate will collaborate with a top‑notch team to deliver exceptional results and ensure top client service.

Qualifications
  • Top academic credentials (top 10% of class from top law school preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
  • 1‑6 years litigation experience
  • Class action experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
