• Drafting pleadings (e.g., Petitions, Motions, DRFAs, Child Support Worksheets)
• Preparing and responding to discovery, including inserting appropriate objections
• Managing litigation calendars and tracking deadlines
• Preparing files and clients for mediation, hearings, and trial
• Assembling trial binders and final orders
• Performing legal research and drafting
• Coordinating virtual hearings and mediations (Zoom, Web Ex, etc.)
• E-filing documents through platforms such as Odyssey and Peach Court

• Experienced: Minimum of 5+ years in Georgia family law litigation
• Proactive: Able to work independently and anticipate case needs without hand-holding
• Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in getting it right the first time
• Compassionate: Understands the emotional complexity of family law cases and treats clients with empathy
• Team-Oriented: Willing to collaborate and help when deadlines loom
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Word, basic case management software, and e-filing systems
• Solutions-Focused: Speaks up to improve systems and respects internal policies and procedures
