• Courtroom experience

  Represent clients in court daily across the metro Atlanta area and north Georgia, gaining invaluable experience in criminal defense litigation.
• Collaborative learning

  Work closely with a seasoned criminal defense attorney who will mentor you, providing insight and guidance to help you hone your legal skills.
• Client negotiations
  :
  Take charge of drafting motions, negotiating plea offers with prosecutors, and advocating for clients in court.
• Hands‑on case involvement
  :
  Be part of the client intake process and start handling cases right away, getting practical exposure to all aspects of criminal defense law.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
• Internship or trial advocacy experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Georgia criminal statutes and court procedures
• Ability to build rapport with clients, offering reassurance and professionalism in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation

We expect the salary range for this position to be $90,000 - $150,000 per year, plus paid mileage, sick days and paid time off. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
