Corporate Tax Associate

Hill Ward Henderson,an AV-rated, Tampa, Florida law firm seeks qualified attorneys for its Corporate and Tax group. Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: transactional tax, blended tax and corporate transactions, or formation, structuring and operation of investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, and their management companies. An LL.M. in tax and 2+ years in these practice areas is strongly preferred.

Relevant general corporate experience will also be considered.

The position requires excellent academic credentials, as well as written and verbal communication skills, substantive and relevant experience, and a strong work ethic.
