We are seeking a partner‑level attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.
Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation. We offer competitive compensation with generous bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

QualificationsJuris Doctorate or better.
Experience- 10 years of experience.
