Our premier firm in Atlanta is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to further their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to grow and have at least three years of litigation experience, we encourage you to apply!

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the litigation process. The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. However, our partners are always available for guidance.

The position allows working with the firm's talented Litigation Group. It offers a significant amount of responsibility and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Skilled atarguing motions
• Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
• Active membership with the Georgia State Bar
• Motivated to grow with excellent mentorship

Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
• Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
• Manage your own cases with excellent mentorship
