Corporate Attorney

Looking for a mid-level attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join its Corporate business unit in a hybrid role based in the Atlanta office. The selected attorney will handle a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including the preparation and negotiation of entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, merger and acquisition documents, private equity and venture capital financing documents, compliance documents, and complex commercial agreements.

This role involves significant client interaction, requiring the attorney to excel in client communications and the negotiation of diverse business transactions. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have a robust work ethic, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively within a team of Corporate attorneys. Strong interpersonal, and communication skills and solid academic credentials are essential.
