Estate Planning Attorney

Ganek LLC, a well-established law firm dedicated to providing trusted legal services, is growing and seeking a qualified Estate Planning Attorney with a minimum of five years of relevant experience to join our team.

Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the creation of this division for a highly rated and well established residential and commercial real estate firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. This role requires strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in estate planning matters.
• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Research and remain current on federal and state estate planning laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia
• Minimum of five (5) years of estate planning experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Commitment to professional ethics and client service.
