Position: Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and negotiate insurance settlements

- Attend hearings and trials

- Draft discovery responses and motions

- Take depositions

- Work as a team player and be proactive and organized

Essential Job Functions:

- Trial experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail

- Self-motivated and eager to learn

- Excellent communication skills

Skills:

- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in civil trial law

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong negotiation skills

- Ability to work well under pressure

This position offers an excellent benefit package including paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision insurance, long term disability, long term care insurance, and life insurance benefits. The salary for this position is $130,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience.
