, is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate (4–6 years) to join its highly regarded Corporate Practice Group in Atlanta
. This is an opportunity to work within a global M&A practice handling sophisticated, high-profile transactions, while benefiting from top-tier compensation in a lower cost-of-living market

The firm prefers candidates who will work primarily in the office to foster collaboration, mentorship, and strong team dynamics. Associates in this group enjoy meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions. • 4–6 years of experience at a large law firm
• Substantial experience with sophisticated M&A transactions
• Background in corporate governance and general corporate matters
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
