Job Description

Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a national collections and creditors' rights law firm. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Thrasher represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in nine states and nationally through a network of law firms. The firm seeks a full-time Co-Director of Litigation for its growing practice to join the attorneys and other professionals in the collaborative environment of its Buckhead, Atlanta office.

• Direct and help support a team of paralegals
• Manage a large volume of case files
• Review complaints, affidavits, motions, and other court filings
• Communicate with clients, court staff, and local counsel
• Ensure litigation paralegals are reaching our internal goals and meeting client expectations
• Take initiative to continue to improve processes and efficiency within the litigation department

• At least 2 years of legal support or paralegal experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
