Position: Real Estate Paralegal (Closings)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with 7–10 years of commercial real estate closing experience to join their Atlanta-based legal team. This role will support a high-volume transaction environment, working closely with internal attorneys and external counter parties to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant closings.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced deal environments and enjoys taking ownership of complex transaction workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and review commercial real estate closing documents using digital and e-signature platforms

  • Conduct detailed title review, including commitment analysis, exception review, and curative title resolution

  • Coordinate closing logistics with landlords, lenders, originators, and title agents

  • Track approvals, signatures, and executed documents through digital workflow systems

  • Communicate independently with attorneys and external parties to resolve outstanding closing issues

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 7–10 years of commercial real estate closing experience (residential-only experience will not be considered)

  • Strong background in title review and curative title work

  • Experience in law firm or in-house CRE environments; high-volume transaction settings strongly preferred

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and digital/e-signature tools

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required
