Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are a personal injury law firm with an active litigation docket seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our Litigation Dept. on a part‑time basis (20–25 hours per week). This role is designed for a paralegal who already understands the rhythm, demands, and precision of personal injury litigation and is looking for a clearly scoped, high‑responsibility role without the expectations of a full‑time position.

You will work directly with our Litigation Attorney on Georgia‑based PI matters, providing litigation support from discovery through trial preparation. This position may be remote or hybrid, in accordance with firm guidelines and operational needs.

Responsibilities

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for hands‑on litigation support, including but not limited to:

  • Managing litigation files for personal injury matters (auto, trucking, premises liability, daycare)
  • Drafting and organizing pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, and subpoenas
  • Reviewing, summarizing, and organizing medical records, bills, and case‑related documents
  • Assisting with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Monitoring and maintaining litigation deadlines and calendars
  • Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors as needed
  • Ensuring files are complete, accurate, and litigation‑ready at all times
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury
  • Direct experience supporting active litigation matters (pre‑suit through trial)
  • Strong working knowledge of Georgia civil litigation procedures and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Professional communication skills and sound judgment in a client‑facing environment
  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid structure and using case management systems
Compensation

$30 - $40 hourly
