Cloud Supply Chain Operations (CSCO) delivers capacity at extraordinary speed, scale, and efficiency. As Director of Supply Chain Planning for Machines, you will lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning, define strategy, and balance demand and supply across AI and infrastructure platforms. You will support high‑volume ramp‑ups, integrate AI/ML and analytical solutions, and mentor a high‑performing global team.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of supply chain planning experience, with focus on demand, material, or production planning in a high‑tech environment.
- 10 years of experience with supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Anaplan) and data analysis tools.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research.
- Experience integrating machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) into planning processes.
- Experience with hyperscale cloud infrastructure and data center planning.
- Lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning for AI2’s hardware portfolio, translating demand forecasts into executable strategies.
- Architect and orchestrate critical planning processes (Consensus Demand Planning and Response to Forecast) across all product areas.
- Lead new product introduction material planning, ensuring successful, high‑volume ramp‑ups from Production Verification Test to General Availability.
- Integrate AI/ML, digital twins, and advanced analytics to build a constraint‑based planning ecosystem.
- Mentor and scale a high‑performing global team of supply chain planners and program managers, cultivating a culture of technical excellence.
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $262,000–$369,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation details reflect base salary only.
