ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the full lifecycle management and performance optimization of Northside Hospitalvendorcontracts.
This role combines contract execution, compliance, and documentation with advanced analytics to ensure accountability and accuracy against negotiated terms, contractutilization, and contract performance across the organization.
This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic sourcing initiatives,optimizing
Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) alignment, and ensuring contract compliance across a complex, multi-site health system.
- Bachelor’s degreein Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Three (3) yearsof experience in contract management, supply chain, sourcing, or finance.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or ERP platforms.
- Experience in contract interpretation and risk awareness
- Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel
- Experience in healthcare supply chain or hospital environment
- Familiarity with GPO contracting structures
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of rebate structures, tier pricing, and distributor pricing models
- Certification such as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
- Abilitytomultitaskwithastrongabilitytoprioritizeandmanagemultiple projects.
- Exceptionalproblemsolving,analytical,lateralandcriticalthinkingskills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
