You will draft, negotiate, and review supply chain agreements, mobility, and related procurement contracts. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, and logistics law, with strong knowledge of UCC, Incoterms, and FCPA.
U.S. bar admission is required; in-house experience is a plus.
