We are seeking experienced and results‑driven Operations Managers to lead the onsite operational setup of new data center locations. This role will oversee workforce deployment, daily operations, material handling, equipment placement, and installation support while working closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Lead onsite operations for exciting new data center start‑up projects

Play a key role in establishing operational processes and supporting successful site launches

Oversee workforce deployment, material flow, and daily project execution

Work directly with customers, contractors, and cross‑functional leadership teams

Take ownership of operational performance, safety, quality, and project milestones

Oversee workforce deployment, staffing assignments, and daily work schedules to meet operational needs

Manage receiving, staging, and movement of materials and equipment throughout the site

Coordinate equipment placement and installation support activities within the agreed project scope

Partner with customers, contractors, and internal teams to align schedules, resources, and operational priorities

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep activities on track

Ensure operational activities meet established safety, quality, productivity, and customer service standards

Provide direction, coaching, and support to operational supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees

Track operational performance, staffing needs, and project milestones while communicating updates to site leadership

Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, resource utilization, and overall operational performance

Resolve day‑to‑day operational challenges and elevate significant risks or barriers when necessary

Collaborate with Safety, Quality, HR, and other departments to support successful site execution

Coordinate the transition and handoff of completed projects to ongoing operations teams

Travel to subsequent data center locations to lead new operational start‑ups as each project is completed

Operations leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar operational environments

Experience managing daily operations, workforce assignments, and operational performance

Strong understanding of material handling, inventory flow, equipment coordination, and operational processes

Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and meet operational deadlines

Experience working with customers, contractors, and cross‑functional teams

Strong leadership, communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
