• Lead, coach and develop a team of customs specialists.

• Oversee import and export customs entries, clearances and regulatory compliance.

• Drive accuracy, efficiency and timely shipment processing.

• Build strong relationships with customers, customs officials and brokers.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

• 5+ years’ customs operations or brokerage experience.

• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of US customs regulations and import/export documentation.

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• ACE system experience advantageous.
