Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Apartment Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community. You will supervise staff, oversee make-ready boards and unit turns, and coordinate work orders and P.O.s using Yardi/One Site.
You will coordinate vendors, monitor maintenance budgets, ensure safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs, and report directly to the Property Manager.
