Seen as the leader of the concierge team. Acts as a leader by maintaining professionalism at all times, supervises the day-to-day functions of the team ensuring that tasks are completed. Acts as the direct liaison between GM, Membership team and Concierge team.
- Sits in on interviews with new team member candidates.
- Creates Concierge team schedule.
- Monitors breaks, tardiness, overtime, excessive lunches, uniform issues.
- Provides team with needed information from BEO meetings.
- Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings.
- Provides team with needed information from membership meetings.
