Commercial Door Service Manager – Peachtree CornersWe are seeking a skilled manager to lead our commercial door service department. The role involves scheduling, dispatching, project management, and labor cost control. The ideal candidate has experience managing a field team of technicians and installers.
Job Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the commercial door service department.
- Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution.
- Review workload and manpower to meet commitments in a cost‑effective manner.
- Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with frontline managers to develop action plans to improve performance.
- Improve performance of the field force through daily, monthly, and yearly reviews.
- Assist with hiring, training, and development of new employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of three (3) years of personnel management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer communication skills; consistently exceed satisfaction expectations.
- Ability to interpret and respond to customer survey data.
- Technical aptitude for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Experience leading field teams of technicians and installers (supervisor, manager trainee, or manager).

- Paid time off: 13 days accrued annually during the first year; 16 days during the second year.
