We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Regional Property Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and success of a portfolio of multifamily communities. This leadership role is responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing revenue, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, and supporting on‑site teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for team development, operational excellence, and delivering strong financial results.
Responsibilities- Drive occupancy and maximize revenue for the assigned properties.
- Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction and support on‑site teams.
- Establish a communication system among Community Managers and corporate office.
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, and terminate staff in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and improve marketing activities, review occupancy status, and recommend rent schedules.
- Review and audit property administration, accounting, and maintenance to ensure compliance.
- Resolve resident relation issues and conduct property inspections.
- Prepare annual operating and capital budgets, monitor performance, and report on results.
- Approve expenditures and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and update property management forms, reports, and manuals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the owner or owner's representative and Peak Living.
- Travel to conduct site audits and ensure reliable transportation.
- Minimum of five (5) years of regional management experience.
- Proven track record in property maintenance, marketing, and insurance.
- Strong supervisory, personnel management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate, communicate management methods, and set priorities.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coach and lead onsite staff, develop professional relationships.
- Understanding of legal documents, rent collections, and lease management.
- College degree preferred; professional designation (ARM, CAPS, CPM, etc.) helpful.
