Commercial Service Manager

Commercial Door Service Manager – Peachtree Corners, GA.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the commercial door service department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution.
• Review workload and manpower to meet commitments in a cost‑effective manner.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, below budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front‑line managers to develop improvement action plans.
• Improve individual performance of the field force through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; minimum three (3) years of experience managing personnel, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction consistently exceeds expectations.
• Review customer survey data and respond to concerns.
• Possess technical application and mechanical systems knowledge.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience leading or supervising a team of field technicians and installers is preferred.
