Financial Services Firm seeking a candidate who is a dynamic analytical professional to join our leadership team. You will be responsible for leading the Firm's day-to-day business operations while maintaining its best in class ethos.
Responsibilities- Contribute meaningful insights regarding Firm's strategic growth as part of the leadership team
- Develop, Implement and Maintain KPI's that allow for rapid analysis / decision-making by Firm
- Measure the effectiveness of all processes (operations, Trading, Investment selection, technology and compliance, etc.)
- Lead efforts for efficiency through technology deployment and staff development
- Develop the skills of each staff member so they reach their highest potential
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects on a variety of issues
- Make an material impact to the Firm's success every day
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related discipline
- Seven - twenty (7-20) years of relevant experience in Financial related company
- Track record of project completion within scope of time and budget
- Experience in trading systems and trade workflow a STRONG plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior participation in potential client meetings or due diligence meetings
- Ability to anticipate improvement opportunities coupled with the work-ethic to seize those opportunities
- Experience leading major software implementation (CRM, Accounting, SharePoint) across multiple departments a STRONG plus
