As a manager, you will be on the floor constantly, coaching, supporting, and partnering with your team. You’ll be a sales master, an enthusiastic networker, and, humorously, ready to wear a rhino costume. This isn’t just about long hours; it’s about sustaining high energy and intensity while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.
