2026 and will play a pivotal role in stabilizing and strengthening the organization’s financial position.
While prior CAH experience is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on CFO with proven turnaround experience who can quickly assess challenges, execute solutions, and partner closely with executive and clinical leadership to implement Performance Improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes
• Lead implementation of Performance Improvement findings
• Deep, hands-on involvement with EPIC Revenue Cycle
• Complete implementation of Axiom/Strata productivity systems
• Strengthen monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Identify and execute additional financial improvement opportunities
• Provide strong oversight and management of clinic operations
• Navigate and support discussions related to bond covenant breaches
