Area Crew Leader for Window Hero, A 5-star Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing Company

As an Area Crew Manager for Window Hero, you will oversee and manage multiple window cleaning and pressure washing crew supervisors and their crews within a specified region. You will ensure that jobs are completed to standard, customers' needs are met, and equipment is maintained and in stock. This will also include intel on working on job sites and completing jobs.

As the Area Crew Manager, you will also be in charge of managing and completing tasks in our CRM system.

The Role

As Area Crew Manager, you'll start hands‑on in the field—leading crews, completing jobs, and ensuring 5‑star quality—while overseeing multiple teams across our region. This growth‑oriented position will transition into a General Manager role, managing day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, inventory, hiring, and business growth. Ideal for an experienced leader who excels in structured, team‑driven settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crews daily in completing window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and soft washing jobs to the highest standard

• Perform hands‑on work on job sites when needed while supervising crew leaders and teams

• Manage and optimize schedules, routes, and production across the region

• Oversee truck and equipment inventory, maintenance, and stocking

• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure outstanding customer service on every job

• Handle customer interactions, upsell services, and build lasting relationships

• Manage tasks in our CRM system, including updates, tracking, and reporting

• Door knock and network in communities to generate leads

• Train and motivate team members while upholding strict safety protocols

• Transition to GM duties: full operations oversight, hiring/training, P&L review, and strategic growth

Requirements

• Leadership experience required

• 1‑2 years of industry experience is required

• GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE A MUST.

• Requires a good driving record.

• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and be able to carry equipment up to 50lbs.

• Excel and Word experience

• CRM management experience

• Proven hands‑on experience and ability to lead by example with discipline and accountability

• Great customer service skills are a must

• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word and CRM systems
