This role is ideal for an experienced advisor with a strong track record in production and leadership who wants a clear path to growth and greater rewards for developing others.

As a Sales Manager with Apogee, you will:

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of financial professionals
• Mentor advisors on holistic planning and revenue growth
• Strategically drive team performance through coaching and accountability

• Minimum five years of experience in financial services or wealth management
• Proven success in leading and coaching advisors or producers
• Active Series 7 and 66 preferred
• Enterprising spirit and passion for developing talent

• Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals to achieve their full potential.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive team performance and revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
• Produces personally while coaching and scaling advisor performance.

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in this industry.
• Must have a Life & Health insurance license. Series 7 & 66 are highly preferred.
• Must have experience leading a team of financial advisors.

$75,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience
