Job Description
The Client Success Leader is accountable for leading a team that works with existing clients toward realizing business value from our relationship, services, and solutions – ultimately driving solution adoption, business value, and client retention.
Responsibilities- Lead a team to achieve enterprise‑level engagement in assigned accounts and support clients in realizing business value.
- Develop growth strategy for each assigned account and conduct regular business reviews, measuring and reporting on overall client health metrics.
- Create programs to drive positive referenceability and retention across the install base and manage select clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Identify issues proactively, initiate resolutions, and stimulate growth within the client base while closing new expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on outreach programs to drive value and growth.
- Recruit and mentor talent, collaborate with peers and the talent team to create and update job scorecards, interview candidates, onboard new team members, and mentor them to proficiency.
- 5 years of Client Success Management experience.
- MBA highly desirable; 4‑year college degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team of at least ten.
- Prior experience with tech‑touch application like Gainsight preferable.
