The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, etc.) for real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

It is also the responsibility of the Senior Project Manager not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors but also to focus on productivity and results.

• Manage all project documentation including contracts, budgets and schedules.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria the meets the client needs.
• Guide the client/ team through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and signoffs.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule.
• Prepare various RFP’s needed for vendor and contractor services for the complete project.
• Follow procedures for distribution, receipt, opening, leveling and award of project bids.
• Facilitate a project kick-off meeting with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood by all concerned.
• Oversee project team members work to ensure compliance with contract and client expectations.
• Provide client service to both internal and external clients.
• Contribute to the growth of the company through project execution and new opportunity identification.
• Meet assigned financial targets.
• Marketing functions including presentations, RFQ responses, and other duties as assigned.
• Additional assignments as assigned.

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Business, Interior Design, Engineering or Construction.
• PMP and/or LEED AP preferred.
• Minimum 7 years project management experience in all aspects of Design, Construction, Project Management.
• Must have experience/skills in construction Project Management (architecture, general contracting, construction estimation, scheduling, engineering, design/permitting process, bid development, contract and/or sub-contract management.
• Computer proficient, including knowledge in the following programs:
  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.)
• Highly organized.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
• Ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members.
• Requires some lifting (up to 25lb.)

LOCATION:

Atlanta, GA

This is a dynamic, on-site role that places you at the heart of the action. As a result, an essential function of this position is working on-site. Remote or hybrid options are not available. Being on property allows you to build strong relationships with clients and tenants, respond in real time, and make a visible impact every day.
