As we accelerate our market expansion, we are seeking seasoned professionals to join our team, focusing on strengthening partnerships with local enterprises and driving the growth of our last‑mile service portfolio.

• Strategic Planning & Execution
  :
  Develop logistics operations strategy and annual plans for the U.S. West region, cascade goals to hubs and sites, and drive execution to ensure company targets are met.
• Operational Optimization
  :
  Continuously improve regional logistics and delivery processes, including warehouse management and transportation scheduling, to increase efficiency and reduce costs; monitor operational data and adjust as needed.
• Team Building & Management
  :
  Build and train operations teams, establish performance management systems, motivate employees to enhance capabilities, resolve internal issues, and strengthen team collaboration.
• Customer Relationship Management
  :
  Maintain close communication with key customers in the West region, understand their needs, resolve issues, and optimize service solutions based on feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
• Hub & Site Management
  :
  Oversee the planning, setup, and upgrading of regional hubs and sites; manage inventory levels; and coordinate inter‑site transportation and transfers.
• Compliance & Risk Management
  :
  Ensure operations comply with U.S. local laws and regulations and identify and mitigate operational risks.

• 5+ years of professional experience + 3 years of management
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to independently drive client acquisition and relationship management processes.
• Familiarity with U.S. local logistics regulations and market conditions, able to adapt to a fast‑paced, results‑oriented work environment.
