We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This is a critical role for someone who understands the operational sensitivity, coordination demands, and permitting requirements of working in live airport environments.

• Oversee all phases of airport‑related construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and airport stakeholders to ensure smooth, on‑time execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and airport authorities
• Navigate permitting, FAA compliance, and security procedures specific to ATL
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk
• Conduct site visits, lead meetings, and monitor field operations to ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence
• Mentor APMs and Project Engineers as part of your project leadership team

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 3 years managing projects at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport
• Strong knowledge of aviation project requirements, including permitting, FAA coordination, and airside / landside operations
• Experience managing ground‑up or renovation projects ranging from $10M to $50M+
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
