We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to guide the Atlanta office as Managing Director. You’ll manage and inspire a top-performing team while overseeing daily operations and overall business performance. This role focuses on uncovering growth opportunities, implementing strategies to strengthen sales effectiveness, and partnering with producers to drive both new and renewal business. The ideal candidate has a proven history of leading sales teams in the insurance industry and a passion for developing talent and achieving measurable results.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leading sales teams with direct management experience
• 5+ years in multi-line underwriting/production in the Excess & Surplus (E&S) market – E&S experience is required
• Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team
• Skilled at building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners
• Strong sales, marketing, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Established Atlanta/Georgia network and connections
• Insurance license required; CPCU, CIC, or equivalent preferred
• Willingness to travel 10-15%
