Summary:Seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager & Budget Manager to support the Enterprise Marketing Operations team. This contract role is responsible for managing budgets, ensuring compliance with internal financial requirements, and leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across several teams. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient allocation of resources, timely project execution, and strict adherence to budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:Budget Management:
- Maintain and manage the Enterprise Marketing Operations budget in collaboration with key stakeholders and in alignment with approved financial plans.
- Code and submit invoices to the Accounts Payable (A/P) team; monitor, track, and reconcile invoices to ensure budget compliance.
- Track expenses and monitor spend against budget allocations.
- Prepare and deliver regular budget reports, including performance updates and variance analyses.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Manage day-to-day project execution using , including updating items, creating new tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and holding team members accountable to deadlines.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to support project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Lead regular project status meetings by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, documenting action items, and sharing detailed updates.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- Address stakeholder concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B project management environment.
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial tracking, and project coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and financial management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools.
- Experience with and B2B marketing operations is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
