As Director of Nursing, you will be the clinical leader and culture driver for your center.

• Lead and mentor nursing teams with confidence and compassion
• Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Partner closely with the Administrator and Regional Clinical leadership
• Own clinical systems: assessments, care planning, documentation, and audits
• Support staff development, accountability, and retention
• Ensure resident-centered care is delivered with excellence and dignity

We’re looking for leaders
, not just managers.

• Active RN license (state-specific as required)
• Prior DON or strong ADON experience in Skilled Nursing
• Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and quality measures
• Strong leadership presence—calm, decisive, supportive
• A passion for coaching, systems, and continuous improvement
