Director of Product Operations Responsibilities
- Drive disciplined execution through exceptional organization, structure, and follow‑through to turn conversations & plans into tangible outcomes
- Orchestrate organizational planning and priority-setting in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and effective execution across teams
- Lead with a hands‑on, organized approach that brings clarity, discipline, and momentum to complex initiatives – managing functional‑wide project planning and overseeing timely, on‑budget delivery by coordinating resources and mitigating risks
- Analyze market and technology trends to inform strategy, while creating executive communications to drive clarity, buy‑in, and progress tracking
- Implement clear structure and drive process improvements and KPI development to optimize operations, measure success, and identify areas for growth
- Foster leadership alignment and a supportive culture through meeting facilitation, goal‑setting, recognition, and cross‑functional collaboration on key initiatives

- 8 years of progressive experience, including 3 years in strategy, project/product management, product development, marketing, or operations
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, and leadership, with strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and build consensus across organizational levels
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high‑performing teams while managing confidential information with senior executives
- Product mindset proficiency focused on delivering customer value, iterative improvement, data‑driven decision‑making, and aligning business goals with user needs
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools and platforms (e.g., enterprise copilots, workflow automation, or machine learning applications) and ability to drive adoption across teams
Limited travel required, 10%
LocationOur hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
CompensationThe salary range for this role is $138,000 to $175,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
