About the RoleThe Schedule Manager supports company leaders and project teams in developing and managing project schedules to keep every project on track for timely completion. Reporting to the Director of Scheduling or Vice President, thisrole sets Winter's scheduling standards and best practices, trains and evaluates teams across the company, and leads a team of Schedulers.
Responsibilities- Develop preliminary schedules for preconstruction and project pursuits, tailored to each pursuit strategy
- Lead Winter's schedule planning and review process for new projects, performing quality control reviews and tracking metrics across active schedules
- Monitor project delays and support teams with time extension requests, delay documentation, and claims
- Maintain scheduling standards, P6 templates, and databases, and develop training programs for project teams
- Lead and develop Schedulers, and assess the scheduling skills of operations staff to support their growth
- 10+ yearsof scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including template and database administration
- Experience with schedule delay analysis, time extension requests, and claims support
- Experience training project teams and supervising Schedulers or other direct reports
- Familiarity with BIM or 4D scheduling integration (preferred)
