Regional Sales Director overseeing Neuropsychiatry sales for PPD treatments, leading a team of Account Managers within the Southeast region.
Objectivesbuild, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, driving market penetration and strategic engagement with healthcare providers including OBGYN, Psychiatry, and Primary Care.
Responsibilitiesrecruit and onboard sales personnel, coach for performance, execute strategic priorities, foster healthcare provider relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations.
QualificationsBS/BA required (MBA preferred); 8-10+ years total experience with 5+ years in sales management; psychiatric or OBGYN specialty sales experience and launch leadership in complex environments highly preferred; demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and high performance track record.
High-Valuefocus on PPD, neuropsychiatry, specialty sales, launch experience, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Work setupbased in Southeast (Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee), regional travel required.
