The compensation for this position will be $250,000 - $300,000 with opportunity for 40% annual incentive. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, education and location.

The General Manager, Surgical Division leads Owens & Minor’s Surgical Product Division, including surgical categories such as drapes and gowns, sterilization, general surgical products, and the kitting business. This role owns divisional P&L, market strategy, product portfolio, pricing, commercial execution, and the operating discipline required to significantly scale O&M Global Products and deliver meaningful profitable growth. The General Manager is accountable for top-line growth, margin expansion, portfolio lifecycle management, customer-centric market strategy, and below-the-line impact excluding manufacturing costs.

The role serves as the key business and commercial thought leader for the division, working closely with cross-functional leadership teams and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Manage the business to meet top-line objectives in a dynamic, diverse market environment while holding P&L accountability for multiple lines of business.
