We're looking for a standout General Manager to lead the Spring Hill Suites Buckhead team! This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies
- Lead and develop department heads and staff, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and continuously improving service delivery
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Proven ability to drive RevPAR, GOP, and guest satisfaction scores
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (Rooms, F&B, Sales, Finance)
- Strong financial acumen and business planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
