General Manager

Seven Executive are partnered with one of the largest wholesale distribution organizations in the US, generating approximately $8.4B in annual revenue across 680+ locally operated businesses nationwide.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial HVAC distribution leader to build and lead a local business in Atlanta.

You'll have responsibility for the entire local company P&L, balance sheet, sales, inventory, operations, people and overall market growth. A typical local company operates at around $12M revenue / 18 employees, with the opportunity to scale significantly beyond this. The longer-term pathway is to become President and potentially acquire up to 30% equity.

• Full P&L and financial performance

• Vendor relationships and market strategy

• HVAC wholesale distribution experience
• Ideally $5M-$50M+ P&L experience
• Strong relationships within the Atlanta contractor market
• Proven commercial and operational leadership
• Track record of profitable growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for ownership
