A professional basketball team and state-of-the-art arena/entertainment venue that specializes in creating memorable experiences for each guest we interact with. We’re looking for a Manager, Hawks Studios Operations to lead the Operations department and help create the environment, structure, and energy that allows our creative teams to do their best work.

The ideal candidate is an highly-proactive, organized, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of creative operations and a knack for managing complex workflows, long and short-form content, competing priorities, resources, and budgets within an agency, production or in-house creative environment.

This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of Hawks Studios, helping translate organizational and departmental priorities into clear, actionable plans. The Manager will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments to balance requests, manage expectations, anticipate challenges, and ensure Hawks Studios is focused on the work that matters most. This leader will must proactively help achieve a balance between fulfilling outside requests and developing new innovative content.

Just as importantly, this person will be a champion for the creative team - bringing energy, positivity, and momentum to the department while helping motivate and empower creatives to deliver their best work. They will build processes that create efficiency without limiting creativity, ensuring the team has the time and space not only to execute day-to-day priorities, but also to experiment, innovate, and develop new ideas.
